Last Friday, the National Honor Society (NHS) hosted an amazing Student Leadership Event for the elementary school leaders! The day was all about helping these young leaders grow their leadership skills.
We kicked things off with a fun icebreaker, followed by sharing personal leadership stories from NHS members. Then, the students were split into Olympic teams, where they created flags and earned points for participation and answering questions!
Next, we dove into breakout sessions that focused on key aspects of great leadership, like communication, integrity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
We were beyond impressed with the NHS students' honesty, preparedness, organization, and time management. They truly connected with the kids in such a powerful way.
